Talen's Caesar

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp celery salt
  • 8 oz Clamato juice
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 3 drops tabasco sauce
  • 3 drops worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Franks RedHot sauce
  • ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt the rim of a tall (12 oz) glass with celery salt.

  2. Fill the glass with ice, then add Clamato juice until 4/5 full.

  3. Add dill pickle juice, worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, and Frank's RedHot sauce.

  4. Add pepper to taste.

  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a bacon-wrapped pickle.

Recipe Notes

Tomato juice can be used instead of Clamato juice, but then it becomes Talen's Bloody Mary.
